These Terms of Service govern your use of NerdyCalc and related services provided by Beautiful Binary. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NerdyCalc for your own lawful purposes.

2. Three-machine limit

Each license key may be used on up to three machines. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure and may not share, resell, or distribute it.

3. 14-day trial

NerdyCalc includes a 14-day trial period. After the trial ends, continued use requires a valid purchased license unless otherwise stated by us.

4. Purchases and refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please use the trial period to confirm that NerdyCalc meets your needs before purchasing.

5. Ownership and restrictions

NerdyCalc, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Beautiful Binary or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or sell the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Updates and availability

We may release updates, change features, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or compatible with every future macOS release or hardware configuration.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NerdyCalc is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Beautiful Binary will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using NerdyCalc and remove it from your machines.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NerdyCalc after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
